Using Phone in Alaska

I recently went to Alaska and was unable to make or receive calls and texts

Yes has worked in most parts of USA and Canada in the past

Another related question, in sim card manager the calls and messages are greyed out, only mobile data highlighted

With regards to your other message are you able to make calls and send texts? If so it might just be a glitch on your phone's end
