Used my PAC code to move from a 30 day contract.

Quick question. I gave notice for my 30 day contract when I asked for my PAC code last week, now the transfer is complete, will plusnet just stop billing me and or pro rata me back any overpayment, or do I have to claim it back somehow?

Hi @northumbrian, 

Any over credit will be refunded back to you automatically within 30 days of migrating your number to another provider.
