Receiving calls in USA

Hi, we have 2 iPhones on Plusnet network, and about to go to USA for a month.  

Will have a USA sim card in Phone No 1 for making phone calls and data whilst in the USA.

Most friends know we are away but if we should receive a phone call or text from the UK to Phone No 2 will I get charged? 

Any info gratefully received!

I believe its 70p/min to receive calls
