Unable to access 4G services whilst roaming

Hello
I have 1 unhappy teenager please help. We came to Spain last year and have 4 sims. All but 1 could use mobile data.
When we got back we got a new sim after plusnet never sorting it whilst we were away.
Guess what same sim not working again !
I’ve put the sim in my phone and does not work so it must be the sim or account.
I’ve now got a grumpy teenager help me pleaaaase

Hiya @J7jrt, thanks for getting in touch. I'm really sorry that one of your SIM's isn't working, the last thing we want is to create a grumpy teenager for you whilst way. I hope you're still having a fab time.
