I was supposed to port out two mobile numbers yesterday from, Plusnet to Virgin, but incoming calls are still being routed to the plusnet SIMs.
I recieved the text message to say that the port had been completed sucessfully, but that's obviously not true.
Is the number routing an issue with Plusnet or with Virgin? (this is for text messages and phone calls)

You've got an incomplete port, you need to talk to Virgin.
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
