Hi, I have received my sim card over a week and it is still not activated. I have been calling and chatting online to Plusnet nearly everyday but I am just told to wait for the Welcome email. My family members have previously ordered Plusnet sims and they get activated the next day, I don't know why my sim order is delayed and I don't know how long I will need to wait?
