Over a week and sim is still not activated

Hi, I have received my sim card over a week and it is still not activated.  I have been calling and chatting online to Plusnet nearly everyday but I am just told to wait for the Welcome email.  My family members have previously ordered Plusnet sims and they get activated the next day, I don't know why my sim order is delayed and I don't know how long I will need to wait?

I sorry to hear about the issues you are experiencing with your services going live. If you could PM me your full address and postcode and the name on the account so I can look further into it for you. Once you've sent it please let me know here so I can action it for you.
