I don't seem to have a profiles section? Only have Itunes wi-fi sync and VPN?

Hi,
My phone now appears to be ok, connected to plusnet 4G 🙂
My phone has been off and on over the last few hours as it was getting a repair done and after that it seems to be ok for data.

I'm in the same boat, no data since porting, in fact no data ever, but I did put the port request in as soon as I got my SIM.

Tried to get my no data problem resolved over the phone, but all they could suggest was to send out another SIM card.
Hopefully it will fix it but I'm not getting my hopes up.

Hi everyone,
I have been away from the office, so unable to respond.
Can you please try another re-boot, ensuring that the SIM has been removed from the handset when doing so.
- Turn the handset off
- Remove the SIM
- Leave it for a couple of minutes
- Replace the SIM card
- Turn the handset back on again

Maybe the mods can split the thread off to people having a different (but the same) issue?
I would do what @RebekaPreston suggested then also try a soft reset on your device.
Depends on what you're using, but a quick internet search should tell you how.
Do not do a hard reset unless you have a backup of all your data.
