Looks like I'm not the only one with this issue. Joined Plusnet on th12th of April and was advised my number would be ported on the 13th. Sadly now the 28th and still no port. No data either and plusnet customer service unable to advise on any time scale as to when it will be done. I use this as a business number so as you can imagine this is not ideal to say the least. EE have closed my old contract and am just hoping my number is not lost. Any help or advice would be appreciated.
