My wife has a very basic Samsung ‘phone and uses O2 Pay as you Go. I want to buy her an iPhone11 outright from Apple and, as we already have Plusnet broadband, switch to a Plusnet ‘phone contract. In such circumstances can the ‘phone number be transferred from the Samsung to the iPhone, and if so, how do we go about achieving this?
