No network

I'm having this problem now with days of no service, the best part is I can't even make a call to plusnet because it keeps telling me no registered network.

Still not sorted nearly two weeks of this happening, tried my parents sim in my phone and they only live 2 minutes away and everything worked fine. Really annoyed I'll be leaving this company today.
