No network in Fuerteventura

Both my husband and myself are on Plusnet mobile and there is currently no network connection in Fuerteventura.  All was okay yesterday 21st July 2020.  We have no way of contacting customer services by phone. I have sent a message via Messenger and just received a general acknowledgement with suggestions that I might find help on your site!  Am hopeful someone is monitoring these posts.  HELP!

No service in Benahavis from 20th now today Marbella is also down. Support chat is offline, obviously can't call the support line.

I tried manual registration on 6 or 8 networks, all said the sim was not authorised to register.

Something doesn't feel right.
