I already have an account for my Broadband. I have just had a SIM card arrive, do I need to make a new account for the mobile or can I view the mobile bill in the Broadband account?

It will be a separate account for the mobile.

On an email for my Mobile it says to set up an account at https://www.plus.net/help/ or myaccount.plusnetmobile.co.uk but both are ‘sign in’ not set up.

When I go on the link from the email to login it shows......
Enter......
Username or mobile number
NOT account number.
I did add the account number and made a password but it keeps saying "Something’s gone wrong, have another go".

I'm sorry to hear that you've encountered this issue. Please could you try signing in with another browser or device? Alternatively, please could you try downloading the Plusnet Mobile App from the App Store and logging into it on your phone?
