Nano SIM required

Hi,

I currently  have a Plusnet SIM only plan. I have bought a new handset and it requires a nano SIM, which I do not have. How do I go about getting a nano SIM sent out?

I'd imagine PlusNet would have to send a replacement on your account by post. You'll need to contact customer support or they may pick this thread up.

You can technically cut your old one down, with some scissors. Not too hard but a bit of a gamble.

@Tloftu  unless it's quite an old SIM , all Plusnet sim's are triple multi sims and you should be able to press out a nano version from the existing sim.
