Moved from Plusnet to Vodaphone and want to cancel by direct debit

Hi,

Already moved over to Vodafone but trying to cancel with Plusnet mobile . according to website you can call 0800 079 1133 but that always rings busy.So not sure if that is still operational. Whats the simplest way without having to fill any forms in..

Did you use either a PAC or STAC code to transfer your service? If so the move should have automatically cancelled the contract. You are advised to leave the Direct Debit in place until you receive a final invoice showing the balance is zero. This can take 2 to 3 invoices after you leave, depending on when in the billing month the cancellation occured. You should still be able to log into your account to monitor billing.

Yeah, used PAC code.

 

I will sit tight for a few weeks and see what happens.
