Lost mobile contact number

Can anyone tell me the Plusnet number to dial in the event of a lost mobile phone? I can only find a the UK customer services number (0800 739 1133) which is only available 7:30-22:00 in the UK and no international number

Hi Mobmikey!

The customer service number you have quoted is the best one to contact us on, and we do not have an international one. Our call center is UK based and therefore only reachable via the UK number, or by calling 500 free from your Plusnet SIM (I know this option is not possible for you right now, though.)

You can also report a stolen or lost handset via Live Chat over at plus.net or via either our Facebook or our Twitter page. We can also do this via PM here on community, but I must advise that this may be a longer process due to the security required.
