I want to get a Plusnet SIM for my mobile, I'm currently on a mobile joint contract with my ex , and as the account is in her name and will not give me the PAC code I can't use the switch service does anyone have any ideas how I can get around the problem . I can't see anywhere on the Plusnet site where I can get a SIM without using the PAC code. Any help would be great.

@David1234 Welcome to the forum.
As the contract is not in your name then you need to sign up for a new account. Assuming that your phone is not locked then all that you will need to do is install the replacement SIM. No PAC is required.
You will not be able to ‘transfer’ your old number as it’s not yours, it is allocated to your ex.
