From that thread seems like you have to ask PN to remove it.

IF a PN staffer responds they should be able to do it, otherwise it might be a call to PN or PM some staff member here (NOT moderators - they cant do owt except edit posts)

@RobC is correct in that you would need either a staff member on here or over live chat & phone to remove this for you. If you send over your account ref, full name, full address with postcode and mobile number via PM we can then complete security and remove this for you.
