High 4G signal strength but slow Internet?

recently at a music festival of all places, I was getting 70%+ signal strength but only about .8Mbps (at best)!

In other places with similar signal strength, I get 60Mbps+ - any ideas why the difference? - doesn't make sense to me

Yep this would be down to congestion / throughput. I have the same issues every year I go to music festivals. Basically there’s too many people in one place trying to use the 4G signal at the same time.
