Final credit refund

My final bill is in credit, is a refund processed automatically? If not, what is the process to request a refund?

Yes, your refund should be made automatically. If in doubt, give PN a ring. Don't close your DD yet as PN will refund to your account.

For reference, I moved from Plusnet Mobile to EE on 9th May and my final bill was produced on 25th May - my normal billing day.

Normally, my Direct debit payment would have been taken around the 8th of the following month - but I received the credit back into my bank account on 1st June.

Only then did I cancel the Direct Debit.
