Direct Debit

has anyone else had problems with plusnet failing to take their payment as i have for months got a message sayin my plan is restricted as it says my direct debit has been canceled but i have contaced my bank twice now and they say no problem on their side the problem is with plusnet i have updated my details and the problem persists
