ORDER REFERENCE NUMBER:- 2038021 (Just in case someone can take a look)

Cancelled today Was told it would take 1hr Still live after 12 (Just for the record)

I called back was told two hours, then again was told four.

So far only received my PAC.  At the bottom of the PAC read "If I do nothing the service will continue as normal"

No notification of cancellation.  Don't want to go through my 14 Day cooling off period, so am posting here as record of today date.

Will give you another try if the data issues are resolved.

It's a shame to hear you're leaving us. The cancellation will take effect within 2 hours of giving notice, if still within the first 14 days. Using a PAC will also close the account with immediate effect.
