14 days

Now its 14 days since I lost my mobile signal.

Contacted Plusnet via 500, can't do anything its an EE mast problem. 'We're on it.. should be back within 16hrs'....  it was 16 hrs some 14 days ago...

Its just beyond a joke...

Re: 14 days

Hi there!

I'm really sorry for how long you've had no mobile signal.

If you put your postcode into EE's status checker Here does that flag an issue?

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.

Re: 14 days

hi

Thanks for the reply.

I've just checked Status for Plusnet and EE.    Both say there is a problem and they are on it.

Damage was done to a mast in the storm 2-1/2 weeks ago.

Yesterday I could sometimes send/receive a text in my house. I couldn't make or receive a call.

Re: 14 days

Thanks for the info @Bellboy

Ah sounds like you'll need to hang tight and wait for the mast to be fully repaired.

Appreciate it's been ongoing for a while already and I'm really sorry again for this.
