issue with motorola xt1700 E3 not connecting to mobile data - tesco 02 sim free

Hi

We can't get this device to connect to plus net and after manually setting up the APN is still won't connect.

We took the device into tescos and they say its sim free.

We can get texts and calls but no data!!!!!!

Tried a vodaphone sim and this worked along with a tesco sim. tried another plusnet time and will not work.

Can someone from plusnet inform us on what to do.

Had a tesco imei check back today and guess what...the phone is not locked!!!!!

And still the plusnet sim will not work in the phone.

The wife is doing her nut and she is giving me grief to sort it...

come on plusnet.....we are paying for a service that we can't use....

there must be a solution to this that doesn't cost us....the customer....money.........
