Starting paying for a service before it is any use.

I have just spoken to one of the sales team and am not sure if it is me being dim but something seems not right.

He said I had to sign up and start paying today then a sim would be posted out and number ported across which would take about 5 days. This would mean I pay for 5 days of a service that is no real use as a temporary number would not be much use and appear unprofessional.
If this is the case I will keep looking at other networks.

Re: Starting paying for a service before it is any use.

Hello @GrahamB1964

I am sorry to hear this.

Our Mobile billing cycle begins when you have activated your SIM card.

Should you wish to import your previous number across to us, you will have to pay for the services during this process as you are still able to use our SIM card.

We do apologise for any inconvenience caused by this. We will pass this feedback on to the relevant department, so we can continue to improve our services.

Best wishes.
