Hi,
I couldn't find the answer, sorry if it's there in an obvious place. My question is whether the Smart Cap is an incremental value, or a total value. For example say my normal monthly rate is £5.00 and Smart Cap is £10.00 - is the limit in any one month £10.00 or is it £5.00 + £10.00 = £15.00?
Thanks, Tony S

The Smart Cap is the maximum amount you will pay for additional charges over your base subscription. So in your example the maximum bill you would get is £15 (£5 + £10 smart cap).

My reply is pretty much confirmation that @flanzm is spot on with how the smart cap works. Let us know if you have any further queries.
