I tried to port my number from EE about 2 weeks ago. I used the automated texts that I received to do this but didn't receive a confirmation next that the request had been accepted.
I've made several calls to customer services who just keep apologising, are unable to give a time scale for completion and cannot give any further information other than, 'the operational team are aware.'
I really need this resolved asap - I rely on my old number and am missing important calls and texts.
