No service

I asked for some help about no service last week and I’m still no Further forward
If I can’t sort the problem it’s pointless me staying with plusnet
So if anyone can help with a couple of questions that would be great 👍
First question why can’t I make WiFi calls it doesn’t work it did work on o2 but not on plusnet?
Second question what frequency does plusnet use and would a signal boost help me like this 1 https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/900Mhz-Cell-Mobile-Phone-GSM-Signal-Repeater-Booster-Amplifier-Yagi/38263...

Re: No service

Hello @troop222112002, thanks for getting in touch. Sorry to hear you are having issues with the service there.

1. First question why can’t I make WiFi calls it doesn’t work it did work on o2 but not on Plusnet?

    - Essentially as we are budget network we do not have the facility for Wi-Fi calling - no plans at the moment

2. what frequency does Plusnet use and would a signal boost help me

   - We have access to EE's 2G, 3G and the "high frequency" 4G signals. While a signal booster might help, we are unable to assist further with that query.

Thank you.

Try switching your phone to 2g/3g - no 4g

You might find you have a stronger signal. You can always just switch it back if it doesn't help.
