Sorry, my mistake. While attempting to move the correct posts and keep them in the same order I forget to set the flag for members to be subscribed to both the new and the old threads

I received an invite by email on the 5th September and duly completed the application via the enclosed link. I received a further email from PlusNet on the 10th telling me I was accepted and that "In the next day or so, you’ll get an email from Apple that will tell you how to download the app". No such email has been received. I am already using TestFlight to beta test other apps on my iPhone and have been for some time.

@cazpro777: Are you using the correct (i.e. mobile account) password rather than your phone/broadband account password?

I dont use plusnet mobile phone service.
I do have mobile number on my account and plusnet have contacted me on that number i gave this number on sign up
I'm going to find my account number as that might help ?
I have been looking at plusnet mobile service package .
At the moment im using my 4g phone data (Giffgaff)
However I'm waiting for my fibre broadband to start
Plusnet said should be on by 15th (hopefully)
I entered my username and the plusnet password i gave at sign up .
It might be something haven't done as i am a daft cow lol
I just tried to sign in to app i have requesting
a reset password I'm just waiting for the reset password link

The Plusnet mobile phone app is for the use of Plusnet mobile customers so it won't work with your Giffgaff number (and you won't of course have a Plusnet mobile account password either.)
Your fibre account username and password should work to access your fibre account when it's activated.

I am looking at the mobile
and the plusnet t.v. service but I'm going to wait until I have the fibre broadband up and running u no ?
Should un Install the app do you think ?

If you're going to change mobile phone provider to Plusnet you might as well keep the app so it's ready for when you do.
Having said that, it's not exactly a big deal uninstalling and reinstalling apps if necessary.

When and if I sign up to Plusnet mobile and t.v. package it will be in a few months (im saving money for Christmas x).
