I got a PAC but, decided not to leave afterall. Do I need to do anything?

So I recently signed up for another new mobile network, I phoned 500 on my phone and got a PAC from customer service. I had planed on switching over and having my plusnet account closed which I was told would occur when my number was ported completely.

However, the new mobile network I signed up with have been a shower of [-Censored-] so far. I haven't even got as far as being able to activate my new SIM with them so I haven't used my PAC either.

I'm just wondering, can I just stay on Plusnet, let my PAC expire and not have do anything else or will I have to contact customer service again to tell them I'm not leaving afterall?

Hi Xandros,

You don't need to do anything.

The PAC, if unused, automatically expires 30 days after it was issued, and you remain with Plusnet.
