After waiting 2 weeks for my sim to arrive, I'm now waiting for my sim to be activated. I telephoned Customer Services yesterday and after apologising I was told that my sim would be activated in the next 24 hours. This did not happen and I contacted them again today. I was advised that I had been given the wrong information yesterday and all he could do was refer my problem to the operations team. He said I should receive compensation for the delay.
I'm so frustrated - all I want is to be able to use my phone.
Can anyone advise what I should do to try and get some immediate action?
