Contract ending soon

Hi, I'm just wondering for when my contract ends, when is the best time to ring and inform I will not be renewing?
I don't want to incur a cancellation fee by calling too early, nor do I want another months fee by cancelling too late.

All of our contracts are either 30 days rolling, or 24 months long.

If you're in a 24 month contract, we recommend calling our cancellations team 30 days before the end of the contract.

To find out the date you contract is due to end, please get in touch with us by calling customer services on 500 from the SIM, using the Live Chat feature available through 'Contact us' or via Facebook or Twitter!
