Bolt on purchased but unable to use

I've purchased a bolt on of extra data but I can't use my data. Apparently because I reached my smart cap. According to my last chat conversation, the live agent was increasing my smart cap to prevent this problem, but I think she has done it too late, because I received the email saying I reached the smart cap so the roam will be unavailable
I've got to use my roam data urgently, can I please have this sorted as I need to use the data I have paid for?
