2 sims

I have had a SIM only deal for a while with Plusnet and a while back took out a second sim only deal which my wife uses. Two separate payments caretaker  of my account. However I cannot find a way to access her account as to see usage etc.. She wants to do this but we are stuck. Can anyone help?

Hi @philji,

I'm sorry to hear that you've experienced problems with accessing the account for your wife's SIM.

It should allow you to login to the account here using the mobile number and the account password and there's a link to reset the password if you've forgotten it. Please let us know if it still won't allow you to access the account.
