Can anyone add some sites that definitely don't work with IPv6? They will be handy when I get around to my own personal IPv6 day.

If you mean sites that don't work with ipv6 enabled and ipv4 disabled then the vast majority fall into this category, see my earlier post http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,96183.0.html.
If you mean sites that fail when you have both ipv4 & ipv6 enabled then I have not come across any yet.
