But people on Windoze are seeing them too, so it can't be because I'm on a Mac. Likewise, we're all using English, so IE seemed the most likely culprit (till Dennis's reply).

Mystery solved. It's caused by the formatting used, which was broken by an unrelated rollout last week.
I've raised a problem (61138) to get this sorted.

It's been a week now and still the wierd hieroglyphics:  ï¿½  are showing.   This coupled with the continual problems with call data not updating makes me wonder exactly what is going on at Plusnet Towers.      I'm sorry to say it as I am a great supporter of Plusnet but I sometimes think they are like a football team just promoted to the Premier division but struggling to hold their own.

Mine has never shown the figure since I switched to Talk Anytime last year.

Mine never did display either, all the time I was on the 3 month free trial of Anytime.    When I switched back to Evenings and Weekends it was visible again, albeit giving a silly, incorrect figure.  That has since been sorted and it now displays the correct amount of Time remaining.
Glad the hieroglyphics problem will shortly be rectified.  It certainly doesn't look very professional the way it is at present.
