Mine's more or less up-to-date; shows calls up to yesterday lunchtime, so only a call or two behind.

Well month end was yesterday, checked my bills at 22:30, calls not updated,  checked again this morning at 06:30  well what do you know, five calls added.
But checked the bill and downloaded CSV, those calls not in the correct place, the are on todays list.
When wil you get it correct,  I dont think it has been working for me in the last year, a lot of complaints at my month end

Mine haven't been updated since Sunday and today is the last day of our billing month so, yet again, it looks as though some calls will carry over to the next month.

Mine haven't updated since 20/03/2010 at 00:48:06.  Surely we don't have another problem with updating of calls.

my calls that updated yesterday were the 20th-23rd, the previous before that was the 17th, had been away fo a couple of days

Call processing is a little behind again, but as Bob said, we need to do some refactoring to resolve this once and for all.
We'll raise it internally, to see when the work will be done.

Mine too, assuming my husband didn't make any calls yesterday. Remainder of Sunday's calls are now included, but they're all in next billing month's statement instead of the one that finished Wed 24th.

I'm being billed for calls to New Zealand because apparently they're coming up as some Islands somewhere that aren't in the top 20 free international call destinations and I'm not happy that PN can just let this overbilling continue  Angry

We have made calls in the last few days but nothing is showing since 26th. Huh

Nothing showing for me since the 20th.        I assumed we are still waiting for the fix promised in Mand's post of the 25th.
