Nuisance calls

I am getting calls from BTW text between 5 and 10 times  a day. How do I get my 1572 to work on my landlines. Every time I try it says cannot  connect. Can somebody help please.

@Richard261 - try 1572 again in an hour's time. The service wasn't active in our suppliers systems, but I've manually pushed that through, so you should be able to block numbers shortly. Let me know if you have any issues.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.

... but if the number is BT's text to voice service, do you really want to block it?

If someone is mistakenly using your land line for sending SMS messages, surely the right approach is to correct their error?

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
