How Do I Bar Mobile Phones Calls

How do I stop mobiles being dialed by my home phone, Plusnet say they can't block them yet other companies such as BT, TALKTALK, TISCALI, can, WHY?.

It's part of our service offering I'm afraid. I'm aware some telephony providers can do this, but not all are able to.
I don't want to get your hopes up on this but I have a hunch that we may be able to configure some  selective call barring options. I'll check if this is possible for you today, unfortunately we can't guarantee that we can do this though.

Yeah,
the 'not' seems to be missing.
To clarify I meant to say: "It's not part of our service offering I'm afraid. I'm aware some telephony providers can do this, but not all are able to."

I'm sorry I failed to get back to you about this, to cut a long story short it's not possible I'm afraid. I have checked and it isn't part of the service offering provided to us by our suppliers.
