The link @Strat has provided is where you can request to sign up for the trial, however I've checked your line and I'm afraid FTTP isn't currently available:

EDIT: To clarify, FTTPoD (Fibre To The Premises on Demand) is available, however this unfortunately isn't part of the trial. The availability checker would need to show WBC FTTP along the left hand side.
FTTPoD is considerably more expensive and in the past I've seen orders for this where the customer has had to pay 10's of thousands of pounds in excess construction charges, not to mention the minimum contract lengths and monthly subscription charge it also comes with.
