Interesting out turn!!  However, you are still not soaking the download.

Can you please post the portal details as per post #5.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

@Porthrepta - that's expected. I didn't change any aspect of your billing/broadband account. My changes were directly in the Wholesale systems.
