FTTC - profile update please

Hi ,FTTC installed and working at old profile speeds.
Would love to have it at full throttle for the long bank holiday weekend, can someone give it a nudge for me pretty please?  Smiley

Hi Adam, very odd.... seeing download of old rate 1.5Mbps, but upload very healthy at nearly 6Mbps.
So upload changed, download as per ADSL.  So now in the strange situation where upload is more than twice as fast as download!
Anything I can do, or is it something needed there?

I've probably done the one thing I shouldn't, and rebooted the modem.... still seeing 2 down 6 up.  Still odd.
Any help gratefully received.

Hi Phil, I think it's us rather than you. When I updated the profile speed it didn't update the connection speed on our systems. Should be all sorted now.
