slow fibre speed / router looses line

hi we are experiencing like it would seem most poeple on this forum , slow and disconnects , the disconnects have improved since router firmware was updated to :

Plusnet Hub One | Software version 4.7.5.1.83.8.259.1.1 | Last updated 03/10/18
 
However there is a major drop in speed which has become worse this year , and really doesn't  improve 
 
looki forward to hearing a solution or reason , possibly over subscription
