Sync Speed History

Hi,

Does anyone know if it's possible for PlusNet to provide me with my sync speed history, ideally over the last year? I want to see if there's any correlation between faults that I've had on my line and my gradual sync speed reduction.

Although it's not quite the sync speed history, I've left a ticket on your account with the account speed profile history over the past 12 months. The vast majority it looks like the profile has been set by delta reports, so I hope this helps give you a rough idea
