Slow Upload Speed

Hello

I have been a plusnet unlimited fibre customer for almost a year now.  My download speeds have always been fine but my upload speeds have always been very slow (0.25 - 0.5 mbps)

Any help into what is the cause of this problem and a solution would be appreciated.

Thanks for your post, @jay112112.

On checking the line, we can see that your upload is all the way down at 0.6mbps but can't see a reason for this, with no issues detected and the download performing within estimates.

It's probably not going to make much difference but before I can raise any sort of issue I do need for you to get the connection into the test socket to see if there's an improvement. This rules out internal wiring, face plates and extension sockets as being the cause. How to locate the test socket and set your connection into it can be found here.
