and then you have the gall to bill me for a full service this month which i am not getting
We'd provide you with a refund once the fault is resolved.
As your connection is still dropping:
We'd likely need to arrange another engineer visit. Apologies for the inconvenience caused.
I'll update your fault ticket shortly.
Is this going to be sorted because if not you can put me back onto copper line.
If you'd like to go back to ADSL I'd recommend discussing this with our Customer Options Team on 0800 013 2632.

We weren't ignoring you. When you send texts in to us, the messages are added to the ticket. Our faults team hadn't picked the ticket up yet. We'd advise of a lead time of between 24-72 hours. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
