Netflix causing regular ping spikes

Hello, 

With in the last 2 weeks I have started to have an issue with our connection while watching Netflix. 

As you can see in the ping plotter above it is causing ping spikes at regular intervals, I've tested this across multiple Netflix streaming settings and the same issue occurs. The graph above is from a test while running at the lowest quality setting and the same thing happens when set to auto and high.

This make gaming while Netflix is playing impossible.

Hi @AlanH1, thanks for your post.

We're sorry to hear of your connection issues.

On checking the line, we're not detecting a fault but can clearly see your speeds are well below what they should be.

Due to this, I'd advise raising a fault over at faults.plus.net, letting us know here when you've done so to enable us to progress the issue for you.

I logged a fault, I haven't heard anything back for over a week and my internet is getting worse. 

I've had 3 disconnects tonight.

If you don't know how to fix it just tell me, I will appreciate your honesty.

Sorry for the delay with picking your fault ticket up, I can see we've picked that up at 2:05 this afternoon requesting your availability for an engineer to visit. Can you respond with your availability letting us know over here once you've done so? We'll then try to get the ticket picked up a little quicker this time.
