Losing network connection, requiring Factory reset

Hi 

Can anyone offer help or guidance, last night we lost connection to Plusnet, the orange light on the front of the Hub One, after several reset, which turned the light blue briefly then back to Orange, I carried out a factory resset after reading a post on this forum.  We have fibre service but connect to the ADSL port on the router.  

This is not the first time we have lost connection, but not for this duration of time. 

 Any help or thoughts.
