Over the past few weeks my router keeps disconnecting from the internet, and just flashes orange.
Please could someone investigate for me?

Hiya. I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing connection problems.
Line tests aren't showing the cause of the issue but we can also see your speeds are lower than expected.
Can you run through the steps Here and if you're still having problems please raise a fault to us at http://faults.plus.net letting us know when you've completed it.
