Broadband down Thursday AM, supplier responding on Monday???

Hi,
I just want to check if this is normal, I have recently joined Plusnet (Early November) my broadband has gone down and I have been through the troubleshooting portal (via phone) and raised a support ticket. The response I have had is that it will be responded to on Monday?? Am I to be without Internet (working from home) for the rest of today, Friday, the whole weekend and they won't even get to look at it until Monday? This can't be right?

I am sorry to hear that your are experiencing an issue with your connection and phone line. Our faults team were investigating a possible outage in the area, however this has been cleared as the cause of the issue. I have located a possible external issue as the caused and I have raised this to our supplier. Our faults team will keep you updated via the ticket here.
