reverse dns on static

Hi,

I've just re-activated a static IP on my account and would like to have the reverse DNS set up so I can successfully run my own e-mail server.

When looking at Shields UP it shows that I no reverse DNS so no e-mail will come in (when I had a dynamic IP there was a reverse DNS),

Could someone in Plus.net  arrange for this to be sorted ASAP as I am unable to successfully run my e-mail until this sorted.
